Sally started her advertising career at Ogilvy London and went on to spend 10 years in account management before moving to New York and joining Kendall Tarrant in 1999. Whilst at KT NY Sally worked in the account management, creative and planning departments. In 2001 Sally founded Tangerine and since its launch Tangerine has worked on searches in the US, Australia, Europe and Asia.

Doug grew up in Zululand, South Africa, and completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business in Sydney, Australia. He has worked in the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Australia.

Alison joined Tangerine in January of 2010 and has worked on management level searches for clients in advertising, design, media owners and on the brand side to recruit creatively oriented strategic leadership talent. She spent 18 years in the agency business and worked in account management across a variety of clients at JWT and Ammirati Puris Lintas followed by 10 years at Lowe in classical HR, talent management and operations including finance and real estate. Alison's business leadership experience gives her a unique perspective on search.

Stella joins Tangerine servicing creative and digital disciplines after a highly successful career working with brands and new media at W+K, Goodby, and Digitas. Her unique insight into the creative and digital arenas comes from a combination of having worked in the industry as a designer, producer, creative and strategist. Stella's natural curiosity about design and technology, coupled with her passion for creativity, culture and empathy for people, brings a progressive approach to talent management. Having lived and worked in Sydney, London, and San Francisco, Stella now resides in Portland Oregon.

Liz graduated from UVA in 2009 with a BA in economics and classics. She enjoyed a summer internship with Tangerine in 2008 and became a permanent part of the team in 2010, as project manager and research lead.

Katherine joined Tangerine in 2013 as their group assistant shortly after graduating from New York University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Media, Culture, and Communication. After exploring different facets of her interests, Katherine found a company that allows her to explore her passions for technology and communication.

Rachel has spent 15 years as a planner in London agencies. In 2004 she joined Fallon London where she built a strong department as Head of Planning then went on to become Partner and CSO. Fallon became the most creatively awarded agency in the world with highlights such as Sony Bravia and Cadbury Gorilla. After 8 years there Rachel left London for LA. She opened Tangerine West in May 2013, enabling us to be closer to clients and talent on the West Coast.
